Pull The Darn Weeds
NOTES FROM CINDY BROWN
I was outside pulling weeds in my flower garden today. In approximately 9,000-degree heat.
As I was pulling them, I noticed something. Some weeds came out perfectly root and all. So very satisfying.
Others? Snap. Me: shiiit.
The top came off, but the root stayed put. And I immediately thought, “ If I don’t get the shovel out I’m doing this same thing next week."
That's exactly how blocks work. If you only deal with what's on the surface, they'll be back. Maybe not tomorrow. But they'll be back.
That's why I've never been a fan of people saying, "Just change your mindset."
I have nothing against mindset. But if the root belief is still there, your mindset eventually loses the fight.
You can tell yourself, "I'm worthy." "I deserve more." "I can charge more." all day long.
But if your subconscious is saying, "Don't get too big." "Don't disappoint people." "Money is hard." Guess who's winning? The root.
Every Single Time.
That's why I teach people how to use their intuition to uncover the real root. Not the symptom, not the story, not the behavior. The actual belief. Once you pull the root. You don't have to keep fighting the same weed over and over again.
