It’s not too late. And you’re not too old. (I know, your brain just tried to argue with that. Stay with me.)
This past weekend I went to the "One of a Kind" Show in Chicago.
10/10. Highly recommend.
It’s all small businesses, incredibly talented people selling their talents. They're getting paid for being themselves. But here’s what really got me. One of the women there was in her 70s.
She drove from Colorado, by herself. Set up her entire booth, by herself.
And was running a very successful business, by herself.
Meanwhile, half of us are like, “I don’t know if I should post today.”
Most people aren’t stuck because they can’t. They’re stuck because they’ve convinced themselves they shouldn't, they're not ready, it's too late, or it's too risky. Story, Story, Story!
And yet. There she was. Living proof that none of that is actually true. So if there's something you've been circling. Here's your sign. You don’t need more time, you don’t need to be younger, you don’t need to have it all figured out.
